About
Noadiah William is a public policy professional with a Master of Public Administration and Policy from American University and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Baylor University. She currently serves as an Advancing Evaluation in Philanthropy (AEP) Fellow at the Center on Research and Evaluation (CORE), where she supports the Walton Family Foundation鈥檚 Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation Department. Her work focuses on grantee metric design, learning report development, and portfolio-level evaluation to inform strategy across education-focused initiatives.
Prior to her fellowship, Noadiah served as the Data & Evaluation Specialist at Rainbow Days, Inc., where she led program evaluation, outcomes tracking, and data-informed storytelling for grant proposals and funder reports. She also improved internal data systems and supported grant compliance and performance measurement for public and private funders.
